This summer, Francis Oliver hosts a soulfully crafted, spoken word radio show, ‘Stone Groove Sessions’ with Marcus Blake on WVUM 90.5, The Voice. These segments will are intended to provide local artist and musicians an avenue of self-expression and exposure that extends beyond the open-mic and allows them to be heard on the airwaves and your radio dial. Marcus Blake and Francis will be inviting listeners to call in to share their poetry, sing a tune, or just express themselves on air.
Artist may submit their work to [email protected] and are encouraged to get on the microphone at The Vagabond’s weekly open mic, Stone Groove. Submissions will also be accepted via Stone Groove’s Tumblr page.
